Mr Tom Miller Graduated with an MS degree in Construction Management From University of California, Berkeley. He leads a team of professional engineers and managers in implementing project management techniques in executing projects worldwide. He worked on several High rise commercial construction projects and low rise residential townships in United States and later moved to the United Kingdom for 5 years on large industrial and commercial projects before moving back to the United States. He has also dabbled into construction of biomass energy plants on a large scale in Asia, Europe and the United States. He basically works as an Independent Contractor and supervises large projects for more than three decades.
